Who I Am
I’m Tommy Ramdhan, a two-time European Champion for Great Britain, and your dedicated guide to unlocking athletic potential and achieving personal bests. My career on the track has been highlighted by victories in the 200m at the 2015 European Junior Championships in Sweden and as part of the formidable 4x100m relay team in 2022 at the European Championships in Germany, Munich.
My Achievements
Throughout my athletic career, I have consistently pushed the boundaries of speed:
100m: Personal best of 10.13w/10.16 seconds
200m: Personal best of 20.34 seconds
4x100m Relay: Record time of 38.00 seconds
Rugby: Former player for Saracens RFC
My Education and Credentials
My deep understanding of athletic performance is built on a solid foundation of education and practical experience. I completed my England Athletics Speed Coaching badge at the prestigious Loughborough University. Additionally, I hold a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport (Development, Coaching, and Fitness). My diverse experience in sports extends beyond the track, including high-level competition with the Saracens in rugby, which enriches my coaching with a multidimensional perspective.
